Over the past few years, we’ve experienced huge growth, increasing our traffic and user base by tens of times. Analytics team is now responsible for adding and updating content in the following sections - Coins, Fundraising, Token Unlocks, DropHunting. We are looking for a strong Lead Crypto Analyst to lead the team, assign tasks and monitor data quality on our platform, as well as participate in various R&D with the product team and C-Levels..

Обязанности

  • • Team management & task allocation — lead a team of analyst (8), distribute task of a sprint, monitor team perfomance, track new event on web3 to ensure quality and relevance
  • • Content review & quality assurance — review content in Coins, Fundraising, ICO, ICO, Token unlocks and DropHunting section
  • • Market research & analysis — stay updated of main trends in web3 space, conduct deep research of new projects, coins and narratives
  • • R&D with Product team — work closely with Product team on new research, participating in strategic discussions to shape content strategy
  • • Reporting & communication — prepare detailed reports to C-Level on team perfomance (weekly / monthly), conduct team calls with team and C-Level

Требования

  • • Experience in web3 market such as Crpyto Analyst, Researcher, Community manager, Content manager, Data Analyst, Bussiness Analyst and etc.
  • • Strong and deeply knowledge about Web3.0 market — news, trends, narratives, and technical aspects
  • • Leadership and team managment skills, experience in team leading as a plus
  • • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • • Ability to handle large volumes of data, with a technical and analytical mindset
  • • English proficiency (our team communicates in Russian)
